Richard founded his first company in 1995 as a homebuilder at the age of 27. He has since built hundreds of homes and developed numerous neighborhoods and investment properties throughout Alabama and Florida. Richard also owns a commercial construction company specializing in building and remodeling restaurants and has completed thousands of projects throughout the eastern United States. Richard’s latest endeavor is the formation of Property Maintenance & Construction LLC (PMC). PMC is a spinoff of his commercial construction company and provides maintenance services to commercial and residential properties throughout the eastern United States.
